I began my graphic design career over 25 years ago, learning print layout from a program called “Quark” and Photoshop was only in its 2nd state of release. Many things have changed since then. I left school to find myself, and in that time the world became much more digital. While I continued to use graphic design in everyday tasks for freelance and other positions, it became clear that I was at a serious disadvantage without a degree proving my proficiency. In 2023, I returned to college to pursue finishing what I began in 1995, a degree. I enrolled at SNHU, delighted that the graphic design degree of today offered the opportunity to study things I would have never had the chance to study when I first attended school. I had the chance to learn web design and animation and I took every advantage of the opportunity. I graduated from Southern New Hampshire University in May 2025, and finished my degree requirements in June 2025.
